Chief Revenue Officer

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Chief Revenue Officer in Florida (USA).

In this executive role, you will lead and shape the overall revenue strategy across multiple business lines, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability. You will oversee Sales, Business Development, Revenue Operations, and Partner Success, integrating closely with Marketing and Finance teams to drive performance and pipeline accuracy. This position requires a strategic thinker who can balance day-to-day execution with long-term vision, identify new market opportunities, and optimize partnerships and revenue channels. You will work with a high-performing, collaborative team in a dynamic environment where your decisions directly impact the company’s financial health and market position. This role offers autonomy, leadership responsibility, and the opportunity to implement scalable revenue strategies across diverse operations. Ideal candidates are growth-oriented leaders with strong analytical, operational, and people management skills.

Accountabilities

  • Own revenue outcomes across multiple business lines, including Sales, Business Development, Revenue Operations, Partner Success, Deal Desk, and Revenue Analytics.
  • Develop and execute quarterly and annual revenue plans; maintain pipeline coverage and ensure forecast accuracy.
  • Identify, establish, and grow strategic partner channels to expand revenue opportunities.
  • Optimize pricing, asset vs. cash mix, and placement strategies to maximize profitability.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to define SQL criteria, revenue goals, pacing, and quality reviews; manage dashboards and reporting.
  • Partner with Finance, Technology, and HR/Compliance teams to align budgets, performance metrics, and operational execution.
  • Recruit, build, and mentor high-performing teams, establishing clear KPIs and accountability standards.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of executive experience leading revenue growth in complex, partner-driven businesses.
  • Proven track record in sales, business development, and revenue operations leadership.
  • Strong expertise in revenue modeling, forecasting, pro forma analysis, negotiations, and contract management.
  • Executive-level relationship management skills, with experience managing multi-line P&Ls.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, scale, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strategic thinking with operational rigor, capable of balancing long-term vision with day-to-day execution.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence across all organizational levels.
  • Preferred but not required: insurance sales or securities licenses (Series 6/7) and experience with Insurance Marketing Organizations (IMOs).
