What You Will Do
You will help build and maintain onboarding journeys, training content, certifications, and enablement workflows that directly impact productivity and execution quality across global teams.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in enablement, operations, learning support, SaaS, B2B environments, or similar program coordination roles
- Strong organizational ability and a structured approach to managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with learning platforms, content systems, or enablement tools such as Seismic, Salesforce, or similar systems
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret engagement data, identify trends, and support process improvements
