Field Enablement Assistant

This role sits at the core of a fast-paced Field Enablement organization, supporting the systems, content, and programs that prepare Sales, Success, and Partner teams to perform at their best.

You will help build and maintain onboarding journeys, training content, certifications, and enablement workflows that directly impact productivity and execution quality across global teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in enablement, operations, learning support, SaaS, B2B environments, or similar program coordination roles
• Strong organizational ability and a structured approach to managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with learning platforms, content systems, or enablement tools such as Seismic, Salesforce, or similar systems
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret engagement data, identify trends, and support process improvements
