Remote Sales Operations Specialist

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Sales Operations Specialist – REMOTE. In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing the efficiency of a high-performing sales team by managing essential administrative functions. Your contributions will include coordinating travel, preparing presentations, and supporting onboarding processes to ensure smooth operations. By focusing on the details, you’ll help streamline processes that contribute to the team’s success in meeting the evolving energy needs. Your work will facilitate accurate communication and efficient data management, which are critical to the success of regional sales initiatives.

Accountabilities

  • Manage travel arrangements and ensure compliance with procedures.
  • Assist in the creation of presentations by compiling data and finalizing materials.
  • Coordinate onboarding for new sales members, ensuring readiness on day one.
  • Act as a liaison for regional sales teams and internal partners.
  • Maintain and manage schedules for meetings and appointments.
  • Prepare and submit expense reports, ensuring compliance with policies.
  • Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings.
  • Support monthly reporting on sales snapshots and market updates.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and internal guidelines.

Requirements

  • Work authorization to operate in the United States.
  • Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience.
  • Availability to work in the Mountain Time Zone.
  • Experience managing confidential information.
  • Strong communication skills across functions and levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Highly organized with prioritization skills under time pressure.
