What You Will Do
Own the outbound email strategy, research prospective contacts, write compelling cold emails, manage outreach campaigns, and handle inbound replies. Use AI tools to improve research efficiency and campaign execution.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in outbound sales development, business development, or a similar role
- Strong writing ability with experience creating concise, persuasive communications for professional audiences
- Demonstrated ability to research individuals and organizations to identify relevant insights
- Experience using AI tools within sales, research, or content workflows
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality over high-volume outreach
- Ability to independently manage a sales channel, make data-driven decisions, and take ownership of results
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working remotely with significant autonomy
