Role Overview
This is a high-impact leadership role within a fast-growing SaaS environment, where you will be responsible for driving revenue performance, leading a team of Account Executives, and shaping outbound sales strategy.
What You Will Do
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives to consistently achieve and exceed sales quotas and performance targets. Contribute directly to outbound strategy and sales execution, supporting pipeline generation and key enterprise deal closure.

Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales
- At least 2+ years in a sales leadership or team management role
- Proven track record of closing large enterprise deals ($100K+)
- Strong experience with modern sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Gong or equivalent platforms
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing sales teams
- Strong business acumen with the ability to collaborate effectively across Sales, Marketing, and Product functions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills in fast-paced, high-growth environments
