What You Will Do
Support day-to-day CRM administration activities, maintain and improve Salesforce functionality, provide timely troubleshooting and support to internal users, assist with sales forecasting, pipeline management, KPI tracking, and operational reporting.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, CRM Administration, or a related field
- Hands-on experience administering Salesforce in a professional environment
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
- Experience creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, and performance metrics
- Excellent attention to detail with a strong commitment to data quality and accuracy
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities with the capacity to collaborate across multiple teams
- Ability to manage competing priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive mindset with a passion for improving processes and driving operational excellence
