Role Overview

This role combines hands-on CRM administration with process automation, reporting, and operational strategy, helping commercial teams work more efficiently and make informed decisions. The Sales & Revenue Operations Administrator will play a pivotal role in optimizing the systems, processes, and data that power the entire customer lifecycle.

What You Will Do

The main day-to-day responsibilities include managing CRM workflows, automation, routing logic, pipelines, custom properties, lifecycle stages, permissions, and system integrations to support revenue operations. You will also ensure high standards of data quality, develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics, and analyze business and CRM data to identify trends and generate actionable insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience administering CRM platforms, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Advanced proficiency with HubSpot CRM, including Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub, workflow automation, reporting, and CRM customization.
  • Experience building and maintaining automated workflows, CPQ processes, CRM integrations, and cross-functional operational systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience managing, cleansing, segmenting, and reporting on large datasets.
  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with CRM import/export processes, deduplication tools, and data governance best practices.
  • Experience working with APIs, webhooks, and system integrations between CRM platforms and third-party business applications.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and training skills, with the ability to support both technical and non-technical users.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills with a proactive, detail-oriented approach.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS, email template design, or data privacy regulations such as GDPR or HIPAA is considered an advantage.
