Role Overview

This role is an opportunity to lead revenue operations strategy within a fast-growing SaaS environment. You will help scale go-to-market operations by optimizing systems, processes, and data-driven decision-making. Working closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams, you will drive operational excellence across the customer lifecycle.

As the Senior Manager, Revenue Operations, you will own the operational foundation that enables revenue growth, efficiency, and scalability. You will partner with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams to improve processes, systems, analytics, and overall go-to-market performance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Go-To-Market Operations within a high-growth B2B SaaS organization
  • 4+ years of experience managing and developing high-performing teams
  • Strong expertise in CRM administration and optimization, particularly HubSpot Sales Hub and Marketing Hub
  • Proven experience designing scalable processes across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and revenue teams
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models, subscription metrics, and recurring revenue operations
  • Experience building executive dashboards, KPI reporting, and data-driven insights
  • Ability to manage multiple integrated GTM systems, automation platforms, and technology workflows
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business challenges into operational solutions
  • Excellent project management, process improvement, and change management capabilities
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
