Role Overview
The Transactional Revenue Intelligence & Systems Analyst will act as a hands-on operator, building dashboards, decision systems, workflows, and campaigns that help teams move faster and make better decisions. This role sits at the intersection of revenue, customer insight, transactions, product, and operational improvement. The position requires investigating ambiguous business problems, connecting structured and unstructured data, and translating findings into practical recommendations.
What You Will Do
The analyst will build and maintain dashboards, reporting tools, and decision-support systems for Revenue, Transactions, Customer Success, Product, and leadership teams. They will also identify patterns, trends, risks, and opportunities across customers and use these insights to recommend process, product, or integration improvements.

Requirements

- Experience solving ambiguous business problems using data, spreadsheets, SQL, programming, or comparable analytical tools.
- Ability to work confidently with both structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to turn complex analysis into clear, useful narratives for non-technical and cross-functional audiences.
- Experience building dashboards, analytical tools, reporting systems, or decision-support solutions that enable teams to take action.
- A practical understanding of automation, workflow optimization, research, and data-driven experimentation.
- Ability to independently define problems, identify appropriate inputs, develop solutions, and measure results without extensive direction.
- Interest in marketplaces, B2B SaaS, revenue operations, customer behavior, and operational systems.
- A continuous-improvement mindset, with the humility and rigor to surface uncertainty, challenge assumptions, and improve systems rather than defend an initial hypothesis.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in the floriculture industry is considered a strong advantage.
