FP&A Analyst II

Johnson Controls is seeking a FP&A Analyst II to handle FP&A matters, including coordination with functional departments and business operations. The role involves preparing HQ-level reporting, monitoring compliance with finance policies, and reviewing cost centers for accruals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with accounting/finance major
• Previous financial and management reporting experience with a multinational corporate finance or American company
• 5+ years of relevant work experience
• Good command of English
• In-depth knowledge of U.S. GAAP
• Good SAP knowledge with hands-on experience using the ERP
• Good Excel and Hyperion Financial Management system
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service focus
