The Product Owner will support the deployment of generative AI tools, creative automation, and personalization features within marketing and web content workflows, and will lead the requirements gathering and user story documentation for these features. The role will also involve evaluating and optimizing MarTech integrations, supporting analytics and optimization efforts, and leading cross-functional teams to design and implement testing plans and quality assurance processes.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience as a Product Owner in web, digital marketing, or creative technology projects
- Technical and AI fluency, including exposure to generative AI tools, analytics platforms, MarTech solutions, Adobe Suite, and Digital Asset Management platforms
- Business and communication skills, including written and verbal communication and the ability to translate stakeholder requirements into execution-ready user stories
- Analytical mindset, including data-driven decision making and the ability to optimize business processes and measure value creation, ROI, and campaign performance
