We are looking for an Assistant Merchandiser to join our Partnerships department. The role involves helping us land our stock strategy, keeping our plans in harmony with our partners, and working closely with the team to share seasonal strategies.
Requirements
- Master the Range: Deliver a seasonal framework, using sales and profit analysis to predict exactly where our next big opportunity lies.
- Keep Things Moving: Ensure the range hits financial plans, adjusting as the season progresses and keeping the team on track.
- Partner Up: Work closely with our partners and the broader team to share seasonal strategies, communicating clearly so everyone is in the loop.
- Trading & Tactics: Present plans to key decision-makers, using sound reasoning and confidence to get things signed off.
- Stock Strategy: Be accountable for forecasting and ensuring stock is in the right place at the right time.
- Balance the Books: Work with Supply Chain and Planning to ensure stock is bought with a keen eye on cash flow and capacity.
- Seasonal Success: Oversee trading for the department, identifying markdown items and managing surplus stock to find the most profitable solutions.
