As a key member of the Account Management Team, you’ll support the delivery and day-to-day management of luxury hotel client accounts, ensuring work is organised, delivered on time, and aligned to what the client needs. You’ll work closely with Account Managers and other teams to coordinate activity across campaigns, websites, and ongoing digital programmes, building a strong understanding of how our work drives commercial results for our clients.
Requirements
- 1+ year client or customer-facing experience
- Foundation understanding of digital marketing
- IT savvy (ideally Mac)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and get stuck in
- Interest in hospitality, marketing, or technology (preferred)
