Store Sales Manager

Role Overview

The store manager leads Mattress Firm’s vision, Company Initiatives, and achieves sales performance goals by holding associates accountable for the execution of in-store merchandising in multiple store units.

What You Will Do

Conduct one-on-one meetings, develop a comprehensive team ‘bio book’, conduct workforce management activities, provide technical and product knowledge information to associates and customers, and achieve or exceed individual store financial targets.

Requirements

• Ability to stand or sit for 8+ hours at a time
