We are seeking an entrepreneurially thinking Key Account Manager to manage customer relationships and shape them proactively in the home care market in the Kassel/North Hesse region. As a key position, you will have genuine design freedom and clear perspective on further follow-up management tasks.

Requirements

  • Strategic management and further development of key customers
  • Targeted acquisition of new customers and establishment of long-term cooperation partnerships
  • Independent implementation of customer meetings, contract negotiations, and professional presentations
  • Observation of market and competition developments and derivation of action recommendations
  • Professional guidance and support of home care managers and field service employees
  • Cooperation with marketing, internal services, and management
  • Representation of the company at trade fairs, congresses, and specialist events
