What the job involves

  • Building relationships with key clients and developing a sixth sense for our client’s people and culture needs, and where Juno fits in to that
  • Developing the revenue per client through renewals, expansion, upselling and new services and revenue streams
  • Feeding client insights to the rest of the Juno team to develop the Juno value proposition, ensuring we are delivering maximum value at every opportunity
  • Monitoring and analysing data, ensuring we are on top of changes within our clients, as well as the wider market
