Who you are
- Ability to analyse data and focus on improving key metrics
- Experience using test-and-learn frameworks to iterate and improve conversion and traffic incrementally
- Proven and seasoned SMB/mid-market B2B commercial experience, having scaled SaaS or marketplace products from seed to Series A and beyond
- Experience using tools such as Google Optimise, GA, Hubspot, Tableau, Adjust
- At least 3 years experience in a similar role
- Ability to thrive within a fast-paced, high pressure, test and learn environment
What the job involves
- Managing, delivering and analysing cross-channel campaigns
- Driving MQLs into our funnel to grow sales and revenue
- Running and monitoring growth-focused tests (eg A/B, Language Market Fit, email optimisation)
- Running CRM campaigns (newsletter, nurture, cold outreach) across multiple channels
- Cross-collaborating with a sales team to share insights and support the creation of vital sales tools and collateral
- Optimising our webpage using Google Optimise and Webflow to test optimisations to increase conversion
- Owning a paid media budget across Google and Social
