Your Role & Responsibilities
- Develop, expand, and optimize our tech and tool landscape (especially HubSpot) across the entire revenue funnel, from initial marketing leads to contract renewals
- Work closely with your team members and the Head of Data to enable teams, enhance functionality and automation for scalable processes
- Build and further develop efficient RevOps processes, acting as the interface between Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing
- Identify and implement best practices for scaling
- Analyze, streamline, and continuously improve existing processes and systems
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, CS, Marketing) to ensure an excellent customer experience
Your Profile
- Several years of experience in Revenue Operations or a similar role, including building and scaling ops processes
- Ideally, you have helped both Sales and Customer Success teams
- Deep expertise in HubSpot is a must
- Experience with and motivation for integrating AI and optimizing processes
- Analytical, solution-oriented, and hands-on mentality
- Excellent command of English is required; German is a plus
