Position Overview

We are seeking a Sales Operations Manager who can drive operational excellence, unlock insights from data, and analyze strategic growth across every revenue channel. This role is responsible for building, optimizing, and scaling the systems, processes, and insights that support all sales functions: eCommerce, social, wholesale, retail, and business development with end-to-end sales operations, act as the cross-functional connector between sales and marketing, and provide the intelligence and infrastructure that allows our teams to move faster, smarter, and with precision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Operations Management
  • Architect and continuously optimize sales systems, tools, and workflows across all commercial channels to drive efficiency and eliminate friction
  • Own CRM architecture and data integrity; manage and evolve our tech stack (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, ERP, EDI systems)
  • Establish best-in-class operating procedures that enable agility, consistency, and scalability across the sales team
  • Strategic Analysis & Performance Intelligence
  • Develop and deliver recurring and ad hoc reports, executive dashboards, and performance scorecards—providing actionable insights into sales trends, campaign ROI, conversion rates, customer segmentation, and product/channel profitability
  • Partner with eCommerce, growth, and brand marketing to analyze funnel performance, promotional lift, and attribution data across DTC and social platforms
  • Track and model revenue forecasts by channel, product, partner, and cohort to inform business planning and inventory forecasting
  • Channel Support & Optimization
  • E-commerce & DTC: Support growth initiatives through performance tracking, funnel optimization insights, promotional calendar alignment, and SKU lifecycle management
  • Social Commerce: Work with paid media and influencer teams to connect campaign data to sales outcomes and maximize CAC-to-LTV ratios
  • Wholesale & Retail: Serve as operational liaison for key accounts, managing order flows, sales data exchange, promotional execution, and sell-through analysis
  • Cross-Functional Execution & Project Management
  • Align and coordinate between Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and CX to ensure synchronized execution of GTM plans, product launches, seasonal campaigns, and territory expansions
  • Lead cross-departmental initiatives (e.g., tech migrations, revenue audits, sales enablement projects) and serve as project manager for critical sales initiatives
  • Revenue Enablement & Innovation
  • Identify and implement new tools, platforms, and processes that elevate the performance of the sales organization
  • Help onboard and train sales and support teams on systems, KPIs, and SOPs
  • Serve as a key voice in business strategy discussions, bringing data-backed perspectives on growth opportunities and operational constraints

Qualifications

Required:

  • 5 years of progressive experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or business analysis within a high-growth, consumer-facing company
  • Proven success in a multichannel environment—eCommerce, Amazon, retail, and wholesale
  • High proficiency with analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Excel/Google Sheets,) and CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Deep understanding of sales workflows, pipeline management, digital performance metrics, and operational KPIs
  • Strong business acumen to translate complex data into clear recommendations
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced or start-up environment

Preferred:

  • Background in the wellness and supplement space
  • Experience integrating ERP or EDI systems for retail/wholesale operations
  • Understanding of modern eCommerce growth tools (Klaviyo, GA4, Meta Ads, Shopify Plus, Amazon Vendor Central)
  • Advanced Excel a strong plus
