We are recruiting professional and enthusiastic Communication and Stakeholder Engagement Managers to join us within the HMPPS Change Communication and Engagement Team. As Communication and Stakeholder Engagement Manager, you will play a key part in ensuring HMPPS staff and stakeholders are engaged and aware of our change programmes and initiatives and their key deliverables. The successful post holder(s) will be responsible for creating and delivering communication strategies, plans and products to assist the implementation of change programmes and initiatives in HMPPS.
Requirements
- Plan and deliver communication and engagement activity for a range of change programmes and projects
- Create and deliver communication strategies, plans and products to assist the implementation of change programmes and initiatives in HMPPS
- Work closely with HQ directorates to articulate the voice of the programme/initiative/strategy through clear and concise communications
- Work with programme colleagues to develop communication products that deliver in line with the programme strategy
- Deliver priority work to agreed time, budget and quality requirements
- Design and deliver engagement events, forums and focus groups to support leadership messaging, communications campaigns, and key transformation programmes
