About the Role:
We’re a fast-growing Korean beauty ecommerce brand looking to hire a dynamic and results-oriented Vice President/Chief Revenue Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive revenue growth strategies.
- Lead high-performing marketing and sales teams.
- Drive customer acquisition and retention programs.
- Establish KPIs, track performance, and iterate strategy.
- Oversee CRM, affiliate marketing, and ecommerce analytics platforms.
Requirements:
- 10+ years in a revenue/marketing leadership role, ideally in DTC ecommerce.
- Deep understanding of the beauty industry and digital channels.
- Demonstrated ability to scale a brand rapidly and efficiently.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Klaviyo, Shopify, Google Analytics, etc.
- Proven leadership and team-building capabilities.
Location: Remote-first, with occasional travel to Korea or US-based team offsites.
