Role Overview
K18 is seeking a Senior Manager, Sales Planning and Sales Operations to own account-level sell-in budgets, track performance, and recommend actions. The role requires a deep understanding of each distributor’s operating model, sales structure, and growth priorities. The Senior Manager will partner with Sales leadership on joint business planning, forecasting, and inventory readiness.
What You Will Do
The Senior Manager will build and refine forecasts, integrate commercial drivers into the demand forecast, and lead Sales inputs for consensus forecasting. They will also monitor inventory health, open orders, fill rates, and service levels, and escalate issues early. Additionally, the Senior Manager will ensure distributor partners receive timely pricing, order requirements, and follow-up documentation.

- Strong understanding of the professional distribution landscape
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, trends, and market intelligence
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in developing and executing account-specific sales strategies and promotional programs
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
