As a Customer Success Manager, you will own hospital implementations, build trusted relationships with users and stakeholders, and help customers realize value quickly.
Requirements
- 3-4 years of professional experience in healthcare, healthcare operations, customer success, implementations, or a related field
- Experience managing complex projects, implementations, or change initiatives across multiple stakeholders
- Analytical, proactive, and able to anticipate challenges before they become problems
- Build trust easily and communicate effectively with clinical, business, and technical audiences
