We are hiring a Demand Generation Specialist to join a pod led by a senior fractional CMO. You will own the full digital marketing execution function across approximately four B2B SaaS clients simultaneously, spanning paid, email nurture, and review platform programs.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of demand generation experience in B2B SaaS, agency experience a strong plus
- Proven track record running positive-ROI campaigns across multiple channels that materially impacted pipeline and revenue
- Hands-on expertise running paid campaigns in LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager
- Strong understanding of email nurture strategy and execution
- Experience with review site programs including G2, Capterra, and Trustpilot
- HubSpot proficiency including CRM, marketing hub, and reporting
- Comfort using AI tools daily: ad creative generation, campaign optimization, workflow efficiency
- Fluent English, written and verbal, with minimal accent, for direct client communication
