Kanerika is seeking a highly skilled and motivated, senior solutions marketing manager to join our dynamic team. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our innovative solutions and contributing to the growth of the company.


We are located in Austin (USA), Singapore, and Hyderabad (India).

Job Location – Hybrid/Hyderabad, India. Relocation assistance will be provided for compelling candidates.

You must have experience in creating visually compelling designs that effectively communicate our message and engage our target audience. Ideal candidates would be someone who is creative, proactive, go getter and motivated to look for ways to add value to job accomplishments.

You have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling UI creatives, visually compelling designs that effectively communicate our message and engage our target audience. You are self-motivated with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and demeanor, enthusiastic when embracing new challenges, able to multitask and prioritize (good time management skills), willingness to learn new technology/methodologies, adaptable and flexible when new products are assigned. You prefer to work independently with less or no supervision. You are process oriented, have a methodical approach and demonstrate quality first approach and preferably who have worked in a result-oriented product marketing team(s).

You have demonstrated success in developing and executing product marketing strategies, driving product adoption, and achieving business objectives. You are a strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies. A Results-driven mindset with a track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns and initiatives.


What you’ll do

Following are high level responsibilities that you will play but not limited to:

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape in the data integration, analytics, and automation space.
  • Analyze the gathered data to derive insights and translate them into effective marketing strategies.

Go-to-Market Planning:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product management, pre-sales, sales, engineering) to define go-to-market plans for each solution.
  • Determine the product positioning and messaging that effectively communicates the value proposition and differentiators of Kanerika’s solutions.

Marketing Collateral and Content Creation:

  • Create compelling marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, and datasheets to effectively showcase the features and benefits of Kanerika’s solutions.
  • Develop sales enablement materials and product-related content such as whitepapers, case studies, and videos.

Product Launches:

  • Develop comprehensive launch plans for new products and features, coordinating internal and external communication.
  • Drive product awareness through various channels, including digital marketing, events, webinars, and thought leadership activities.

Demand Generation:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to generate demand for Kanerika’s solutions.
  • Utilize various digital marketing channels, including email marketing, social media, content marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO), to reach target audiences effectively.

Market Monitoring and Adjustment:

  • Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for service enhancements and differentiation.
  • Adjust marketing strategies as needed to maximize market penetration and customer engagement.

Digital Marketing Optimization:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and optimize digital marketing strategies, website content, and social media presence.
  • Enhance brand visibility and effectively position Kanerika’s solutions to the target audience.

Sales Enablement:

  • Work closely with the sales team to provide them with the necessary tools, training, and support to effectively position and sell Kanerika’s solutions.
  • Develop sales enablement materials, including presentations, demos, and competitive battlecards.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:

  • Track and analyze key marketing metrics, campaign performance, and return on investment (ROI) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
  • Use the insights gained to optimize future marketing strategies and allocate resources more efficiently.

Industry Representation:

  • Act as a product evangelist, representing Kanerika at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.
  • Engage with end users and business users directly to understand their needs and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Global Team Collaboration:

  • Work effectively with team members in different time zones, maintaining clear communication and collaboration between the India and US teams.
  • Leverage tools and technologies to facilitate remote teamwork and ensure seamless coordination.

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Applications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA from a reputed institution is a strong plus.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in product marketing, preferably in the technology or consulting industry.
  • Strong understanding of data integration, analytics, and automation technologies, with the ability to translate technical concepts into customer value propositions.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing product marketing strategies, driving product adoption, and achieving business objectives.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Collaborative team management with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
