We are hiring a Sales Operations Analyst to support the increasing growth in Kaseya business, based out of our Bangalore office. This position will be responsible for processing incoming customer orders, ensuring commercial compliance, and providing operational support to Sales Representatives.
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Accounting or related field
- Interest in technology
- Prior work experience within order management and/or order fulfillment
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Understanding of software subscription businesses
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility in schedule
- Ability to prioritize and stay organized
- Familiarity and proficiency with NetSuite, Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ
