Kaseya is looking for a trilingual Solutions Engineer to join our Medellín hub, supporting Sales teams across LATAM and NAM markets. The ideal candidate has proven experience in Sales Engineer or Solutions Engineer roles, fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, and expertise in technical products and articulating value to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Trilingual Expertise: Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese
- Proven Experience: Demonstrated background in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Technical Pre-Sales role
- Communication Master: Proven ability to demonstrate technical products and clearly articulate value to both technical and business stakeholders
- Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with the MSP ecosystem, including tools such as PSA, RMM, security, and backup platforms
- OS Proficiency: Strong experience working in Windows environments, with a functional understanding of macOS and Linux
- Mindset: Curious, proactive, and passionate about learning new technologies and solving complex customer challenges
