Position Summary

The Sales Process & Operations Lead is responsible for designing, documenting, and continuously optimizing end-to-end sales processes across multiple segments and geographies. This role ensures that sales teams operate with clear, scalable frameworks that support company growth objectives. The position focuses on translating strategic goals into structured sales motions, improving operational efficiency, and driving consistent revenue performance through well-defined processes, systems alignment, and data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, document, and continuously optimize end-to-end sales processes across multiple segments and geographies.
  • Standardize pipeline stages, qualification frameworks, forecasting methodologies, and performance KPIs.
  • Translate company growth objectives into structured sales motions and execution plans.
  • Identify process gaps and inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions to improve conversion rates, sales cycle time, and revenue attainment.
  • Lead the rollout and adoption of new sales processes, ensuring clarity, accountability, and measurable outcomes.
  • Partner with Sales Enablement to embed process changes into training programs, onboarding, and sales playbooks.
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations and Systems teams to ensure CRM workflows and reporting accurately reflect designed processes.
  • Monitor performance data to evaluate process effectiveness and continuously iterate to drive improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, GTM Strategy, Revenue Operations, Consulting, or a related field.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing sales processes in a recurring revenue or SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales motions, including Channel, SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments.
  • Deep familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable process improvements.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment.
  • Excellent communication skills with a structured and clear approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.
