Sales Operations Analyst – Global Software Company | $624/day + Super | Hybrid | Sydney
A globally renowned, innovative software company, consistently recognised as one of Australia’s top places to work, is looking for an experienced Sales Operations Analyst to join their APAC team, reporting directly to the Head of Sales Operations.
This is a key role in a high-performing, collaborative team that values speed, creativity, and data-driven decision making. Based in Sydney, you’ll support a fast-paced, high-growth Sales Operations function that spans multiple markets across the APAC region.
You’ll be empowered to identify and communicate sales growth opportunities using insights from tools like Excel, Salesforce, Tableau and QlikView, helping to improve sales productivity and drive strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Using multiple data sources to identify and communicate sales growth opportunities from an existing and new database of customers
- Simplifying solutions and increasing overall contact, conversion, and growth rates
- Focus on lead optimisation, data insights and analytics to support sales performance
- Analyse business needs and provide data and findings to support internal and external sales teams
- Measure success of activity and impact through detailed reporting
About You:
- 4+ years’ experience in Sales Operations, Sales Strategy, or Analytics
- Strong technical skills across Salesforce, Excel, Tableau, SQL and QlikSense
- A clear communicator with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Proven experience supporting regional or international sales teams
- Collaborative mindset with a passion for driving efficiency and simplifying processes
What’s on Offer:
- Daily rate of $624 + Super (162,000 + Super equivalent)
- Initial 12-month contract with potential for extension or conversion to permanent
- Hybrid working model – only 3 days per week required in Sydney CBD office
