As Keela’s Product Marketing Manager, you will report to the office of the CEO and be responsible for developing and executing the company’s product marketing strategy. You will collaborate cross-functionally across teams to develop a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform product roadmap and pricing strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Create, implement, and refine effective go-to-market plans that encompass the entire process from inception to measuring outcomes.
  • Gather and analyze market and competitor data to track industry trends, evaluate competitor activity, and guide product strategy with a focus on developing effective differentiators.
  • Craft product messaging and positioning documents that serve as the foundation for internal and external sales assets, marketing content, customer resources, etc.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Revenue Operations to develop pricing strategies that are aligned with product value and market demand, ensuring competitiveness in the industry.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams and Product Managers to develop a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Provide input on the product roadmap and prioritize product features based on customer needs and market trends.
  • Identify strategic integration partners, support the CEO’s office in developing business cases, establish and maintain relationships with partners, and assess the ROI of partnerships based on the expected value added.
  • Work closely with Product Managers to determine the value of each product release and establish metrics to measure the success of the product release in terms of ROI.
  • Coordinate all go-to-market releases, including developing resources for updating, informing, training, and supporting go-to-market teams. Monitor the progress and success of implementation efforts.
  • Work closely with Marketing leaders to identify and prioritize lead sources, and to develop and execute activities that effectively generate leads, ultimately enabling the sales team to achieve business goals.
  • Collaborate with Channel Sales to develop and maintain relationships with consultants, integration partners, and industry leaders to drive marketing activities.
  • Work with Sales leaders to develop and implement sales enablement strategies that equip sales teams with the necessary resources and tools to close deals effectively.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to measure the effectiveness of new product launches and marketing initiatives, leveraging insights to continuously optimize future strategies.
  • Collaborate with Customer Care to develop and execute customer advocacy programs, including developing case studies, customer success stories, and references to drive customer retention and expansion.

Skills and Experience

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing or a related field.
  • Experience in B2B marketing.
  • Passionate about leveraging technology to empower nonprofits and drive positive change in the world.
  • Possesses exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address complex challenges.
  • Demonstrates strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment, adept at prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Has a keen eye for creativity and is skilled in evaluating and refining creative concepts.
  • Experienced in analyzing data and metrics to evaluate performance, report insights, and achieve defined outcomes.

Compensation

This is a full-time, remote position based in Canada. You must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
Compensation for this role is $90,000 – $110,000/yr CAD (depending on experience and success), plus benefits.
