This role involves building dashboards, translating data to insights, and ensuring data governance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for informing leadership on workforce decisions.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in HR analytics, business analytics, or people operations
  • Expertise with Google Workspace reporting suite (Sheets, Looker Studio, BigQuery)
  • Advanced Excel and data visualization skills
  • Experience with HRIS, ATS, and payroll systems
  • Familiarity with SQL or data querying
