Manager, GTM Systems

Keeper Security is seeking a highly skilled Manager, GTM Systems to lead the administration and optimization of their go-to-market technology stack. This 100% remote position reports to the Director of Sales Operations and requires a blend of technical expertise and business acumen. The role focuses on ensuring a seamless customer journey through automated processes and data-driven insights.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or CRM Systems roles
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce administration, architecture, and integrations
  • Hands-on experience with Salesloft, ZoomInfo, and related GTM or sales engagement platforms
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and GTM motion design (lead → opp → close → renewal/expansion)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical mindset with comfort in data management and dashboarding (e.g., Salesforce reports)
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience evaluating, implementing, and maintaining SaaS tools across a GTM organization
  • Familiarity with partnership or channel management systems (PRM, PartnerStack, etc.)
