Requirements
- Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to meet business needs
- Provide actionable insights to assist with decision-making and operational performance
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards, ensuring consistent tracking of key retail KPIs
- Monitor and analyze trends in retail operations to help identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and revenue growth
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis as needed to support Retail Operations business initiatives, special projects, and operational needs
- Ensure the integrity, privacy, and security of data within the reporting and analysis process, complying with all relevant regulations and policies
- Serves as primary data liaison between Retail Operations and cross-functional departments
