We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations & Audit Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and facilitating internal audits. This position requires strong financial acumen and familiarity with financial auditing software to help maintain accurate financial records and reports.

Duties

  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, ensuring adherence to company audit standards.
  • Conduct internal audits to verify the accuracy of accounts and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Utilize accounting and financial software for data entry, analysis, and reporting.
  • Support regulatory reporting processes by gathering necessary data and documentation.
  • Maintain the general ledger by recording transactions accurately and timely.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
  • Prepare documentation for SOX compliance and assist in audits as needed.
  • Contribute to the development of financial report writing processes.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in accounting software and financial software applications.
  • Strong understanding of financial audit principles and regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Demonstrated financial acumen with the ability to analyze complex data sets.
  • Experience with internal audits and general ledger accounting practices.
  • Excellent written communication skills for effective financial report writing.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing individual responsibilities.
