Kennametal is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to provide strategic decision support through data analysis, collaborative efforts across various departments, and directly enhance the performance of their commercial team. The role involves managing point-of-sale entries, automating systems, and developing reports to support sales and marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Manage, improve and train point-of-sale entry.
- Lead and maintain implementation of automated allocation system and analytics using Easy Territory software.
- Build and manage testing and development accounts and co-marketing funds.
- Develop customized reports for sales management using PowerQuery and PowerBI.
- Develop and maintain a tracking mechanism for analysing marketing promotions.
- Maintain knowledge of various systems/programs used by sales to troubleshoot and support learning in the field.
- Support sales organization with channel partners related activities.
- Support CRM related training, testing, troubleshooting, and implementation within the sales organization.
