Manager on Duty – Communications Control & Route Operations – Valley Metro

Manage the Communications Control & Route Operations team to ensure exceptional network performance and foster a team environment aligned with Valley Metro’s core values. Ensure staff members adhere to company/agency policies, procedures, and standards. Perform various tasks, including data analysis, team leadership, and incident response management.

Requirements

• Must be over 21 years of age
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid license and ability to obtain AZ Commercial License with passenger endorsement
• Ability to work without direct supervision
• Computer literate
• Knowledge of data performance platforms and Computer Aided Dispatching Systems
• Minimum two years of transit industry experience
• Minimum two years of transit dispatching experience using Computer Aided Dispatching systems
