Job Description:

We are seeking a strategic, results-driven builder to establish and lead a strong Revenue Operations function to take KEV forward as we scale. This role is critical to designing, implementing, and optimizing revenue-driving insights, tools, and processes across Sales, Account Management, Marketing, and Revenue Operations. This role is pivotal in shaping our revenue strategy, driving data-driven insights, and ensuring operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Architect and build a revenue operations framework that drives long-term success
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue operations strategy that aligns Sales, Marketing, and Account Management for sustained growth
  • Identify and implement best practices to streamline sales cycles, enhance pipeline velocity, and maximize conversion rates
  • Oversee revenue metrics, forecasting, and performance analysis, ensuring teams leverage data-driven insights to optimize outcomes
  • Manage revenue-related tools (Salesforce CRM, marketing automation, analytics platforms, CPQ etc.), optimizing system integrations and workflow automation
  • Introduce the next generation of tools including workflow automation (e.g. Make.com), AI based sales tools (e.g. automated role plays, discovery ride along coaches etc.)
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure revenue operations support account-based marketing and broader demand generation strategies
  • Establish and maintain accurate revenue tracking, KPIs, and forecasting to support leadership decision-making and Board level reporting
  • Partner with the CRO to build the 2026 annual plan
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing Revenue Operations team that drives efficient profitable growth

Requirements and Skills:

  • 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related field within a B2B SaaS environment
  • 3+ years in a leadership role managing cross-functional revenue strategies
  • Experience building revenue operations from the ground up
  • Deep expertise in Revenue Technology Salesforce CRM, CPQ & RFP, marketing automation, AI and analytics tools
  • Proven track record of optimizing revenue processes, increasing pipeline velocity, and improving conversion rates
  • Strong business acumen with experience in forecasting, financial modeling, and strategic revenue planning
  • Strong ability to influence, collaborate, and drive alignment across departments
  • Exceptional communication skills, with executive-level reporting capabilities
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
