Account Executive Palliative and Hospice

KeystoneCare is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to grow our Palliative and Hospice care services. The role involves developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers, referral sources, and key stakeholders to promote the benefits and availability of our palliative and hospice programs.

Requirements

  • Promote KeystoneCare’s Palliative and Hospice care services to new and existing referral sources within the community.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, long-term care facilities, and other healthcare providers.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to meet growth and revenue targets for palliative and hospice programs.
  • Provide education and resources to referral sources to increase awareness of palliative and hospice care benefits.
  • Attend community events, networking meetings, and educational sessions to represent KeystoneCare and expand the agency’s visibility.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless transitions and excellent patient care experience.
  • Track and report sales and marketing activities and outcomes to management regularly.
