We are seeking a Head of Business Development Executive Education & Partnerships to acquire new clients among national and international industrial companies and logistics corporations for KLU’s executive education and business solutions. The successful candidate will develop a scalable business development and sales process, identify and acquire new target companies, build strong relationships with key decision-makers, and develop new offerings and partnership formats.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in B2B business development or sales
- Proven track record of building pipelines, managing opportunities, and closing deals
- Experience in developing and selling non-standardized offerings
- Strong stakeholder leadership without direct authority
- Full professional fluency in German and English
