We are seeking a Head of Business Development Executive Education & Partnerships to acquire new clients among national and international industrial companies and logistics corporations for KLU’s executive education and business solutions. The successful candidate will develop a scalable business development and sales process, identify and acquire new target companies, build strong relationships with key decision-makers, and develop new offerings and partnership formats.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience in B2B business development or sales
  • Proven track record of building pipelines, managing opportunities, and closing deals
  • Experience in developing and selling non-standardized offerings
  • Strong stakeholder leadership without direct authority
  • Full professional fluency in German and English
