Kimball Midwest is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with customers, making outbound calls, and driving results in a fast-paced environment.
What You Will Do
Maximize outbound calls and talk time to engage prospective and inactive accounts. Achieve monthly sales targets using established company sales programs and guided sales calls.

Requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivated with a desire to succeed
- Confident with a strong craving to continuously learn new things
- Can stay focused and organized
- Customer Service and/or Sales experience
- Computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook and Microsoft Teams
- Comfortable with cold calling and sales
- Comfortable with commission based salary
- High School diploma or equivalent
