Regional Data Analyst

Join the KIPP Team & Family as a Regional Data Analyst to support KIPP Oklahoma’s mission to create joyful, academically excellent schools that prepare students with the skills and confidence to pursue their goals. The successful candidate will have experience with data analysis, system management, and project management, and will be responsible for providing data insights to support regional and school-level decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience, preferably in the education or non-profit fields
• Strong project management skills
• Robust quantitative and analytical skills, including experience working with large data sets to derive insights
• Knowledge of the education field, including familiarity with current student data systems
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word); advanced skills with Excel
• Experience with data visualization and dashboard creation tools (i.e., Tableau)
• Experience programming in data analysis languages and/or software (e.g., SQL, R, Stata, SPSS)
