The Customer Experience Associate operates as the customer’s concierge throughout their in-store experience, providing best-in-class service and supporting the operations & visuals teams.
Requirements
- Communicate with the Management team for overall responsibilities and directions on projects and tasks.
- Greet, assist, and provide best-in-class customer service to all Kith customers.
- Support the Client Advisors to ensure clients are receiving genuine and efficient service both during and after their store experience.
- Efficiently complete cashier responsibilities including but not limited to, cash handling, processing returns and Mobile POS transactions.
- Display expertise and familiarity of product knowledge, brand history, company policies, and store/company strategies.
- Assist in completion and accuracy of any/all operational tasks, as business needs.
- Support sales floor replenishment, stockroom organization and the upkeep of visual standards, before, after and during the store’s hours of operations.
