Inbound Growth Specialist responsible for providing first human touchpoint for high volume of inbound demo requests and free Klaviyo accounts, creating seamless experience from first touch through purchase.

Requirements

  • Field inbound demand via phone, email, and other channels
  • Run consultative, decision-driven demos
  • Do targeted business discovery to understand goals, urgency, and fit
  • Qualify in or out efficiently
  • Own and work a high-velocity pipeline
  • Consult with customers to advise and design solutions based on ecommerce best practices and optimal utilization of Klaviyo’s platform
