Klaviyo is seeking a Partner Account Manager with French-speaking skills to build relationships with SMB marketing agencies and systems integrator partners in the French region. The successful candidate will leverage consultative skills to understand partners’ business models and growth strategies, and identify ways Klaviyo can help them grow. The role involves managing a portfolio of 40 SMB partner relationships, driving partner growth, leading referrals and co-selling, showcasing Klaviyo expertise, and collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams.
Requirements
- 2+ years in Partnerships, Account Executive, Channel, Account Management, or Commercial Customer Success roles within SaaS (preferably in MarTech or working with eCommerce-focused accounts)
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and relationships in a high-velocity, high-volume environment with a focus on driving partner productivity
- Fluent in English and French (written and verbal)
- Business-fluent Spanish or Italian is a bonus!
- Exceptional influencing and relationship-building abilities across all levels of seniority, with the capacity to navigate complex organizational structures
- Adept at identifying and aligning partner goals with Klaviyo’s platform capabilities
- Already experimented with AI in work or personal projects (essential)
