Klaviyo is looking for a Software Engineer II, Growth to improve the early experience of Klaviyo for new customers. The ideal candidate has a background in full stack software engineering and experience building and improving products with an emphasis on user-facing features.
Requirements
- Background in full stack software engineering
- Experience building and improving products with an emphasis on user-facing features
- A/B Testing experience with metric-based goals to improve user experience and customer acquisition and success
- Demonstrated ability and success in using AI-driven software delivery practices and methods
