The role requires executive presence, exceptional communication, and the ability to navigate multi-layered stakeholder environments. The salary range is $118,400—$177,600 USD.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering or Pre-Sales
- 4+ years of experience leading technical strategy in high-complexity Enterprise deals
- Strong background in modern development stacks: Python, JavaScript frameworks (Node.js, React), RESTful APIs, SQL, mobile development exposure
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (Codex, Claude Code) and emerging patterns like MCP
- Strong domain knowledge in marketing automation, CDPs, eCommerce systems, analytics, or data engineering
- Advanced discovery and requirements gathering skills
- Executive presence and exceptional communication
- Demonstrated ability to handle challenging conversations, manage objections, and deliver strategic insights
