Senior Account Manager – Agriculture Poland

Klim is building a movement to make regenerative agriculture scalable and impactful. As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll drive the transformation of food supply chains toward sustainability by leading impactful projects and engaging with farmers.

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in project management and regenerative agriculture
• Experience with dairy and arable farming, ideally with a degree or apprenticeship in agriculture
• Fluency in Polish and English, and a valid driving license
• Project management and decision-making skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with farmers and team members
