As a Senior Sales Manager at Klim, you will drive revenue growth by winning new customers and building long-term partnerships, focusing on carbon credit offerings for non-food industry segments. You will lead complex sales processes, present Klim’s offerings as a strategic solution provider for clients’ sustainability, ESG, and climate strategies, and collaborate closely with finance, certification, product, marketing, and customer success teams.

Requirements

  • Own and grow a high-value B2B sales pipeline
  • Research and structure an outbound sales approach to engage qualified and new market segments
  • Lead structured discovery conversations to understand prospective client needs
  • Collaborate closely with finance, certification, product, marketing, and customer success teams
  • Stay on top of developments in carbon markets, standards, and regulation
  • Represent Klim at industry events, conferences, and sustainability forums
