Job Summary:

We are seeking a Partnerships Manager to grow existing relationships and develop new relationships with our agency partners, as well as close all leads that come from these agency partners. This is a hybrid partnership /closer role. You’ll report directly to our VP of Revenue and work closely with them to ensure we create mutually beneficial relationships with our partners. These partners are critical to the success of our customers and our company, and we’re their secret weapon to creating a competitive advantage.

This is a critical role that requires someone who is detail-oriented with a problem-solving mentality, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience managing agency partnerships in early/growth-stage DTC environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish relationships with existing agency partners – conduct lunch and learn sessions, continually share valuable insights and encourage adoption of KNO across their entire client portfolio
  • Reach out to net new agencies that are not currently in the KNO ecosystem
  • Work directly with customers to demo KNO’s capabilities, answer their questions and upgrade them to a paid plan
  • Develop and implement effective outbound strategies to generate new business opportunities.
  • Qualify leads and nurture relationships throughout the sales pipeline.
  • Be the face of the company at various events, trade shows, and conferences
  • Keep accurate and detailed records of all sales activities and interactions using our CRM system.
  • Continuously stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide feedback and insights to the marketing and product teams to improve our offerings and enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of proven experience in a business development, sales or partnerships role in a SaaS environment (startup is ideal)
  • Proven track record in a Partnerships role, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and personalized email copy.
  • Ability to quickly build rapport and establish relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a hunger for achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools for lead management and tracking.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
