The Senior Solutions Pre Sales Engineer is responsible for supporting sales by finding, designing, and positioning Information Management solutions that address customer business needs.
Requirements
- Support sales teams by leading technical discussions with customers and partners
- Act as the primary technical authority for complex solutions involving capture and workflow automation
- Lead technical discovery and solution requirement workshops
- Design and present end-to-end solution architectures aligned to Kodak Alaris capabilities
- Configure and demonstrate capture workflows, indexing, validation, scripting, and integrations
- Build and support customer-specific demonstrations and proof-of-concepts
- Answer detailed questions on solution architecture, extensibility, and deployment
- Assist with technical scoping, risk identification, and proposal support
- Serve as a point of escalation for regional pre-sales solution support
- Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering on customer feedback
- Develop repeatable solution demonstrations and technical sales assets
